Caroline Avitabile, Psy.D. earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort, Lauderdale, FL in 2015. She completed her pre- and post-doctoral training at Astor Services for Children and Families in Rhinebeck/Poughkeepsie, NY and the Juvenile Court Consultation Program of the Boston Juvenile Court Clinic and Massachusetts General Hospital. Since completing her training and prior to joining PCA, Dr. Avitabile has served on the staff of Franciscan’s Children’s Hospital in Brighton, MA. Her background includes varied experience in child and adolescent evaluation and treatment in the Greater Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, FL region as well as New York City. She has conducted research and presented on the topics of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Bullying and Suicide, and working with LGBTQ youth and families. Dr. Avitabile provides evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, families and young adults at PCA’s Arlington and Framingham Offices.
