Cassandra Aasmundsen-Fry, Psy.D. earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College in 2015. She trained at The Edward M. Kennedy Health Center in Worcester, after which she also completed a post-doctoral fellowship prior to joining PCA. Dr. Aasmundsen-Fry also trained at the Lemuel Shattuck and Newton-Wellesley Hospitals, and the Franklin Elementary School in Newton. She has also volunteered as a Psychological Consultant for the Malaysian Agruculture Group in Kuala Lumpor, Malaysia, and participated in research in a variety of areas including the effects of mindfulness techniques compared to cognitive strategies on panic response. and the development of prosody and parsing in autistic children. Dr. Aasmundsen-Fry provides evaluation and treatment for adults in PCA’s Arlington Office.
