Rebecca Ahlfors, Psy.D. received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology in 2010 and trained at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Community Healthlink in Worcester, LUK Crisis Center in Fitchburg, and the Devereux Foundation in Rutland, MA. She is published in the Journal of Social Sciences in the area of Cyberbullying Prevention and Intervention. Prior to returning for her Doctoral training, Dr. Ahlfors had worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor after receiving a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, from 2004. Dr. Ahlfors has been providing evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, adults and families since 2002, employing current and evidence-based treatments. Prior to joining PCA, she served as a Clinical Supervisor and Program Leader at LUK, where she joined the staff following her training. Dr. Ahlfors provides evaluation, consultation and treatment services for children, adolescents, adults and families at PCA’s Framingham office and works as a Primary Care Psychologist with Post Road Pediatrics, a PCA partner practice.
