Alyssa Dallas, LICSW provides evidence-based psychological treatments for children, adolescents, and adults using CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, TARGET therapy, biofeedback, and other modalities.  Alyssa employs a holistic approach to therapy treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues for people who are experiencing challenges related to stress management, infertility, postpartum, parenthood, life adjustment, relationships, or child development.  Her therapeutic style is gentle, supportive, empathic, validating and non-judgmental. Those who enjoy the appropriate use of humor would be a particularly good fit.  Her areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, developmental issues, ADHD, perinatal mental health, mental health of LGBTQ people, grief, health-behavior/lifestyle changes and other specialties.  Alyssa received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University at Albany, SUNY, followed by Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College.  She completed a clinical internship through Massachusetts Mental Health Center in Boston, MA.  In addition, she completed a fellowship at Harvard Vanguard Behavioral Health in Chelmsford, MA.  Alyssa provides individual and family therapy in PCA’s Groton Office. In addition, Alyssa also serves as the Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician for Pediatrics West in Westford, MA.
