Donald J. Hager, LMHC

Donald (DJ) Hager III, LMHC received his Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA in 1996.  In his more than 20 year career, he has worked with children, adolescents, families and adults as a therapist in private practice, a school psychologist, counselor and Director of Admissions in public and private schools, an emergency services clinician, and in direct service and supervisory roles in correctional and addiction treatment settings.  In ten years with the UMass Medical School/MA Dept. of Corrections Healthcare Partnership, he held positions as therapist, supervisor, suicide prevention expert and instructor, and ultimately Regional Director of Mental Health Services.  Prior to joining PCA, he served as Director of Clinical Services for Acute Care and Stabilization programs at Washburn House in Worcester, MA.  Mr. Hager provides evaluation and treatment for adults, couples, adolescents and families and is the Director of PCA’s Chelmsford office.
