Laura D. Stone, Psy.D.

Laura D. Stone, Psy.D. earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology in 2014.  she trained at The Trauma Center at Justice Resource Institute in Brookline, Shriners Hospital for Children and Lynn Community Health Center, where since 2012, Dr. Stone has trained and served in Primary Care Behavioral Health, with children through adults.  She is published in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, and has presented on topics including psychological-opiate interventions for the reduction of symptoms of post-traumatic stress, and Yoga as a complementary treatment for chronic PTSD.  Dr. Stone serves as Regional Integrated Care Director, overseeing PCA’s partnerships with primary care practices, herself works as a Primary Care Psychologist at Beth Israel-Deaconess HealthCare in Newton Centre, a PCA Partner practice, providing evaluation, consultation, brief treatment and referral guidance for adults, and she offers evaluation and treatment for adults at PCA’s Woburn Office.
