Melissa “Mel” West, LMHC

Melissa “Mel” West, LMHC earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Fitchburg State University in 2015. She completed her clinical training as an In-Home Therapist through the Massachusetts MENTOR program and has held positions as a Residential Caseworker and Supervisor as well as an In-Home Therapist and Therapeutic Mentor. She has also served as a Youth Mobile Crisis Clinician and Intensive Care Coordinator, advocating for youth and families in the home and community. Most recently, she held positions as a Clinical Care Manager and Clinician at Devereaux Advanced Behavioral Health, providing therapeutic support to adolescents in a group home, and as an outpatient therapist at Enlightened Interventions, providing direct services to individuals, couples and families. Ms. West provides evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents and families at our Framingham and Chelmsford offices, as well as evaluation, consultation, treatment, and guidance for children, adolescents, young adults, and parents as part of Framingham Pediatric’s primary care team.
