Michael Wiehe, LICSW

Michael Wiehe, LICSW, earned his Master of Social Work from San Diego State University in 2011. He completed his training at the Veterans Administration Retirement Home in California where he provided services to nursing facility residents, as well as at Veterans Village of San Diego where he provided long-term individual therapy and group therapy to residents. After completing his graduate training, Mr. Wiehe joined the South Bay Mental Health’s Dual Diagnosis team as a therapist, in addition to his role as a group facilitator at South Bay Day Services’ partial hospitalization program where he ran groups for the partial and IOP programs. Following his time at South Bay, he worked as an outpatient therapist at Wilmington Family counseling for three years, with a focus on dual diagnosis and crisis intervention. Before joining PCA, Mr. Wiehe was the Clinical Director of Arbour Counseling’s Partial Hospitalization Program starting in 2017, after working as a group facilitator at the program. Mr. Wiehe joins our Woburn office, where he provides assessment and treatment of adults.
