Sarah A. Lin, Ph.D.

Sarah A. Lin, Ph.D. earned her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University in 2008.  She received her clinical training at the Manhattan and Brooklyn Campuses of the Department of Veterans Affairs’ New York Harbor Healthcare System, The North Central Bronx Hospital, and Baruch College of the City University of New York.  Prior to her doctoral studies she worked as a Research Assistant at the Harvard School of Public Health’s Department of Maternal and Child Health, and as Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Pediatric Psychopharmacology Unit.  Dr. Lin is published in the journals: Psychotherapy Research, Biological Psychiatry, Journal of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics and the Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  She has presented on a variety of topics including Autism Spectrum Disorders, challenges associated with stages of child development, and issues associated with achievement in women.  Dr. Lin came to PCA from Short Hills Associates in Clinical Psychology in Springfield, NJ, where she was on staff from 2009 to 2015, providing evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents and adults.  She joined PCA as Assistant Practice Director and Director of PCA’s Framingham Office, where she provides evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents and adults.
