Wendy L. Rotfort, Psy.D. joined PCA in 2018.  She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College, formerly the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, in 2009.  Prior to her education and training as a Psychologist, Dr. Rotfort was a graduate of the Washington College of Law at American University, receiving her J.D. in 1996, following which she practiced law for six years in NC, NY and MA.  Dr. Rotfort received Clinical Psychology training in a variety of settings and with different populations, including a residential treatment program for adolescent boys at MercyFirst, St. Mary’s Campus in Syosset, NY, Massachusetts General Hospital-Chelsea Health Center, the University of Massachusetts Adolescent Treatment Program at Westborough State Hospital, The New England Conservatory of Music Counseling Center, and R.J. Grey Jr. High School in Acton, MA.   Dr. Rotfort has held staff positions at the Justice Resource Institute programs in Taunton and Marlborough, MA, working with traumatized adolescent girls, and she served as a Staff Psychologist and Clinical Manager with Commonwealth Psychology Associates in Newton, MA, as well as maintaining an individual practice.  Prior to joining PCA, Dr. Rotfort held the position of Associate Director of Field Education for William James College, formerly the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, in Newton, MA.  Dr. Rotfort is a member of PCA’s Primary Care Team, providing evaluation, consultation and treatment services on-site at Charles River Medical Associates in Natick, with which PCA has partnered to integrate Behavioral Health Care into Primary Care practice.
